Grace Within

Grace Within is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering resilience, healing, and empowerment through community support. While we are proudly rooted in the skating community, our mission welcomes all individuals navigating the challenges of mental health, self-worth, and body image of those affected by eating disorders.

We aim to create inclusive spaces (online and in person) where people can connect, learn, and grow without pressure to conform to unrealistic standards. Through educational resources, support networks, and empowering events, we help individuals embrace strength, not perfection. We are especially committed to raising awareness about eating disorders and promoting recovery through compassion, education, and advocacy.
